Right of withdrawal

If the ordered products do not meet the customer's expectations (breakage, damage, incorrect products), the customer may return the goods in their unopened and original packaging within 14 calendar days of receipt by using the withdrawal form, which must be returned signed, or by providing an unambiguous declaration to The Winechapter. 

If you wish to return or bring back a product, you may do so within 14 calendar days following receipt. 

We will refund your order as soon as we receive the returned item. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product. 

Personalised products are however not covered by this arrangement.
