Folie d’Inès Blanc is an elegant, aromatic white wine from Languedoc. Fermented and aged in 400 L French oak barrels, it shows notes of peach, apricot, exotic fruit, white flowers and subtle vanilla. The palate is fresh, rounded and creamy, with balanced acidity and a mineral, slightly saline finish.
